This body peeling is a perfect home remedy for oily skin and large pores. The peeling has an astringent effect, which means it tightens the pores and refines the skin texture.

You need:

½ Cup of fresh pineapple
½ cup of cornmeal (or other coarse ground flour)
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Chop the pineapple in a blender and transfer it in a bowl. Sprinkle the corn flour over it and add the oil. Stir the whole thing into a thick paste. If the fruit mixture is too liquid, add some flour, it is too thick, maybe add a few drops of apple cider vinegar.

*The amount is sufficient for about 3 applications and can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 week.

How to mix it:

  • Cut the pineapple into small pieces and mix it with yogurt and honey in a bowl. Then puree everything with a blender.
  • Add the white clay and mix well with a whisk to dissolve any lumps.
  • Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. Important: just warm it up, do not let it boil. Stir the warm oil into the mixture and whisk everything well together.
